Product details
Every space is left blank for handwriting. There are no recipes, no ingredient quantities and no dietary guidance — the pages hold your plans, not somebody else's menu. The layout is deliberately restrained: clear rules, generous rows and room to cross things out.
You receive two PDF files with the same worksheet content, one laid out for US Letter and one for A4. Choose the file that matches your paper and print at actual size. Print a fresh copy of any page as often as you like.
This is a digital download. No physical item is shipped.

Our guide, How to plan the week around a holiday meal at home, includes a fictional filled-in example that uses all four pages for one holiday hosting week, so you can see how the pages fit together.

Questions
Which paper size should I choose?
Both are included. Use the US Letter PDF for 8.5 x 11 inch paper and the A4 PDF for A4 paper. Both contain the same worksheet content, laid out for their paper size.
How should I print it?
Print at 100% — set scaling to none or “actual size” rather than “fit to page”, so the rules and boxes keep their intended size. Single-sided works best if you want to write on the grocery list while it is on the counter. Print any page as many times as you need.
What exactly is included?
Two PDF files, four pages each: the weekly meal plan, the pantry and freezer inventory, the aisle-by-aisle grocery list, and the favorites and next-week page. Nothing is pre-filled — every writing area is blank.
Is anything shipped to me?
No. This is a digital download only, and no physical item is sent. The files are meant to be printed at home and written on by hand; they are not fillable forms.
