1. Who these terms are between

Between you and NovaFinds575, a fictitious business name registered in Butte County, California, operating the NovaFinds store at novafinds575.com. Placing an order means you agree to them.

2. Our shop runs on Shopify

Hosted by Shopify Inc.; their platform terms apply to the operation of the site alongside ours.

3. Where we ship

Physical items: United States only. Digital downloads are delivered by email and are not shipped.

4. Products, images and descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are supplied by our fulfilment partner and its manufacturers. Colours vary between screens and there may be small variations between photograph and item.

If what arrives does not match what was shown, that is on us — tell us and we will refund or replace under the Refund & Returns Policy.

Where a product’s images are our own original pages or artwork rather than partner-supplied photographs, that product’s page is the source.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices in US dollars. Shipping is free on physical items, and digital downloads have no shipping charge at all. The price shown is the price you pay, apart from sales tax shown at checkout.
We may get a price wrong. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel and refund rather than fulfil, and we will email you.
Payment is taken when you order.
We do not display "was / now" comparison prices. If you see a price here, it is the price — we do not invent a higher number to strike through.

6. Availability and origin

Listing a product does not guarantee we can supply it. If we cannot fulfil your order we will cancel it and refund you in full. We will not substitute a different item without asking.

Our fulfilment partner holds stock in more than one country. We do not guarantee that any particular item will ship from any particular warehouse unless that product's page expressly says so.

7. Delivery times

Delivery estimates on this site are estimates, not guarantees. See the Shipping & Delivery page.

For physical items, our only timing commitment is that we will ship your order — hand it to a carrier — within 5 business days, or contact you before that deadline with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund. For a digital download there is no carrier: we email your download link after payment, and what we commit to is set out in the Digital downloads section of the Refund policy.

We do not guarantee a delivery date and we do not promise arrival by any particular date, holiday or occasion.

8. Your account and your conduct

No account needed to buy. If you create one, keep your password safe. Do not use this site unlawfully or fraudulently. We may refuse or cancel any order and will refund you if we do.

9. Intellectual property

Site text, layout and original images are ours; partner-supplied product images belong to their owners.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under consumer protection law that applies to you. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Product safety and intended use

Our products are general consumer and novelty goods intended for adults. They are not children's products and are not intended, marketed or safe for use by children. Keep small parts and electrical items away from children. Pet products should be used under supervision. Follow the instructions supplied with any electrical item and do not leave it charging unattended.
