Our online store runs on Shopify

Our shop is hosted by Shopify Inc., which stores our product, order and customer data on its servers and processes it on our behalf. When you use our site, Shopify is processing your data as well as us. Shopify's own privacy policy applies alongside this one.

What we collect, and when

When you browse — automatically: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, screen size, pages viewed, time on site, referring site. Shopify sets cookies to keep your session and cart working; some are strictly necessary for the shop to function.

When you buy: name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number if given, and your order contents.

What we do NOT receive: your full card number. Card details go directly to our payment processor. We never see, store or have access to your full card number. We see the last four digits and the card brand.

When you email us: your email address and what you write.

When you leave a review: the name you give, your rating, your review text and any photos you add. A review you choose to leave is published on our product pages.

Why we are allowed to have it

To fulfil your order · to provide support · to prevent fraud · to meet legal and tax obligations · to understand in aggregate how the shop is used.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

Shopify — receives everything above — hosts and runs the store.
Our payment processor — receives payment and billing details — to take payment.
Our fulfilment partner (CJdropshipping) — receives your name, shipping address, and order contents — to pack and ship. This partner operates warehouses in both the United States and China. Depending on which warehouse holds your item, your shipping details may be transmitted outside the United States.
Carriers (UPS, USPS, postal services) — receive name, address, tracking — to deliver.
Judge.me, our reviews app — receives your name, email address and the items you ordered — to email you one request to review your order after it arrives, and to publish any review you choose to leave.
Law enforcement — only where legally required.

We cannot always tell you in advance which warehouse your item will ship from, so we tell you plainly that your name and address may be sent to a fulfilment partner outside the United States. If that is not acceptable to you, please do not order.

Analytics and advertising

We use Shopify's built-in analytics (aggregate visits and product views) and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel. The pixel records that you visited, what you viewed, what you added to cart and whether you purchased; sends that to Meta, which may link it to your Facebook or Instagram account; and lets us show you ads later and build audiences of similar people. We disclosed this here before switching it on, and updated this section on 29 September 2026, when it went live.

Cookies

Strictly necessary (session, cart, security — checkout breaks without them), analytics, and advertising cookies set by the Meta pixel. Your browser can block or delete them.

How long we keep things

Order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty — at least seven years for tax records. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Email sales@novafinds575.com to see what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop marketing. We respond within 30 days, free, and we will not degrade your experience for asking.

California: CCPA/CPRA rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing". We do not sell your personal information. The Meta pixel described above may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law — email sales@novafinds575.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" and we will exclude you.

EU/UK: we do not currently ship there; if you have contacted us, GDPR/UK-GDPR rights apply.

Children

This shop is not intended for anyone under 18. Our products are not children's products and are not marketed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13; if you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

HTTPS throughout. Card data goes directly to our payment processor and never touches our systems. No online service can promise perfect security and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not hold the data that would be most damaging to lose.
