Travel Packing and Outfit Planner | Printable Travel Worksheets

Use four printable worksheets to organise your packing plans and travel checks.

Page 1 is the trip overview - dates, nights, how you are travelling, where you are staying, the weather you expect, what you will actually be doing, and a short table for the bags you are taking with whatever size or weight limit applies to your trip. Page 2 is a categorised packing checklist with room for quantities and a tick box for each line, plus blank rows in every category for the things only you take. Page 3 plans outfits by day and occasion - outfit, shoes and bag on one line - so you can review planned combinations. Page 4 is two short passes: the checks before you leave, and the ones when you get home, with space for notes about what to bring or leave behind next time.

The planning tables are blank for your own entries. Page 4 includes eight prewritten departure checks, six prewritten return checks, and a blank notes area.

What you get

• 2 PDF files: one sized for US Letter, one sized for A4. Same four pages in both.
• Supplied as a ZIP file containing the US Letter PDF, the A4 PDF and a READ-ME text file. Extract the ZIP before opening the PDFs.
• Intended for printing at actual size (100 percent) on ordinary paper. Physical printer output has not been tested; check your printer's preview and settings first.
• Print pages 2 and 3 as many times as you need - one per bag, per traveller, or per week.

Please note

• These are printable PDFs, not fillable forms. They are designed to be printed and written on by hand, with no built-in fields for typing. Some PDF apps offer separate annotation tools, but those features are not part of this product.
• This is a digital download. No physical item is shipped.
• Do not write passport, ID, licence, card or account numbers on these pages, and keep the completed sheets with you rather than inside a checked bag.
• Apart from page 4's prewritten checks, this planner is blank. It gives no travel, visa, customs, baggage-allowance or health advice - check those with the airline, operator or authority itself.
