The six worksheets, in order

  1. A place to begin — a four-step reset sequence with tick boxes, and a short note on which pages to use when.
  2. Map your workspace — three boxes for the things you use most, a top-view sketch area for your desk, and lines for what can move off the surface and the one change you will try.
  3. The daily reset — date and next work session, five tick-box actions, lines for items that need another home and for your next task, and an "Enough for today?" yes / revisit choice.
  4. A week of small resets — a seven-row table with day and date, a Yes / No / Part column and room for what helped or got in the way, plus one thing worth repeating next week.
  5. Give everyday items a home — an eight-row table for the item or cable, where it belongs, and when you need it.
  6. Keep what works — four review prompts and one change to carry into the next week.

Printing

Choose the file that matches your paper and print at actual size. If your printer needs larger margins, "fit to page" is fine for these sheets.
