Keep household item details, warranty references and receipt locations together in a simple paper system, one room at a time.

You print the pages you need and fill them in by hand. Page 1 is the front sheet: a short quick-start and a room index so you can find any sheet later. Page 2 is a room-by-room register you print once per room - item, brand and model, where it is kept, when it was bought, and a short pointer to where the receipt is filed. Page 3 gives anything valuable its own detail sheet, with room for an optional serial number and a note of where the photo and receipt are stored. Page 4 records warranty details copied from the supplier's own document: issuer, coverage dates, reference number, the coverage summary in their words, and how to contact them. Page 5 is a running maintenance and service log. Page 6 is a document locator plus a short yearly review checklist, so the whole set stays accurate instead of quietly going stale.

Pages 2 to 6 are all designed to be printed as many times as you need, so the system grows with the house rather than running out of space.

What you get

• 2 PDF files: one sized for US Letter, one sized for A4. Same six pages in both.
• Supplied as a ZIP file containing the US Letter PDF, the A4 PDF and a READ-ME text file. Extract the ZIP before opening the PDFs.
• Intended for printing at actual size (100 percent) on ordinary paper. Physical printer output has not been tested; check your printer's preview and settings first.
• Clean, ink-friendly layout: white writing areas, generous margins, no heavy background fills.

Please note

• These are printable PDFs, not fillable forms. They are designed to be printed and written on by hand, with no built-in fields for typing. Some PDF apps offer separate annotation tools, but those features are not part of this product.
• This is a digital download. No physical item is shipped.
• Keep your completed pages private, and store them somewhere secure. Do not write passwords, PINs or payment card numbers on them.
